If you are feeling demotivated, uninspired and limited by your day job, it could be time to quit. Too many people find working their day job a less than positive experience but choose to hang on in there for the sake of a regular income and employment security.

1. Complete Boredom

Not every day at work should be expected to be exciting and action-filled but, if you find the vast majority of your days at work boring and full of procrastination, it may be time to move on. Many workers believe that boredom is an unavoidable feature of life at work, but significant loss of motivation and the feeling of just going through the motions can ultimately be soul-destroying. 2. No Room for Growth

Sometimes, feeling comfortable at work and in your job is a good thing; it can bring feelings of security and even confidence that you know what you are doing. If your work does not bring you stimulation and satisfaction, and you are no longer learning and growing professionally, treat this as a sign to move on.
